Your pension is being increased

We will increase your pension from 1 January 2025.

Are you still working at J&J, or have you left employment due to partial or complete disability?
We will increase your retirement pension entitlement by 3.5% from 1 January 2025. Accounting for the indexation is taking place now. Your entitlements will be adjusted retrospectively.

The pension planner will be updated with the new amounts by no later than August.

Have you left employment at J&J, or do you receive a pension payment from J&J Pension Fund OFP?
This year, the pensions of former participants and pensioners will be increased by 1.4%, effective from 1 January 2025. The increase applies to:

  • the pension entitlements for former participants;
  • the entitlements to special partner’s pension for former partners;
  • the pension rights for pension beneficiaries.

You received a letter about this last week. You can view it on My pension.

Did you receive a pension payment from J&J Pension Fund OFP on 1 January 2025?
The increase will be reflected in the pension payment starting from August. You will also receive the back payment for the months of January to July in the same month. The new gross/net specification will clarify what the increase means for your pension. See Your Pension Overview for more information about your pension benefits.
