Your pension is being increased
We will increase your pension from January 1, 2026.
Are you still working at J&J, or have you left employment due to partial or complete disability?
We will increase your retirement pension entitlement by 3.1% from January 1, 2026. Accounting for the indexation is taking place now. Your entitlements will be adjusted retrospectively.
You can view your new pension amount in the pension planner.
The pension planner will be updated with the new amounts by no later than August 31, 2026.
Have you left employment at J&J, or do you receive a pension payment from J&J Pension Fund OFP?
This year, the pensions of former participants and pensioners will be increased by 1.2%, effective from January 1, 2026.
The increase applies to:
- the entitlements to special partner’s pension for former partners;
- the pension rights for pension beneficiaries;
- the pension entitlements for former participants.
You will receive a letter about this. You can view it on My pension.
Did you receive a pension payment from J&J Pension Fund OFP on January 1, 2026?
The increase will be reflected in the pension payment starting from August. You will also receive the back payment for the months of January to July in the same month. The new gross/net specification will clarify what the increase means for your pension. See your Pension Overview for more information about your pension benefits.
The Uniform Pension Statement (UPO) shows the new pension amounts.
You can expect to receive the digital Uniform Pension Statement from us in September, showing your new pension amount. Read more about your UPO on Pension Overview. Here you will also find an animation explaining what the UPO is. You can find your UPO on My pension.
