Joining the company
You have just joined Johnson & Johnson or one of its affiliated employers. J&J Pension Fund OFP will arrange your pension. You start accruing pension from the day you are aged 18 or older.
Your employer will register you with J&J Pension Fund OFP.
Once that has been done, you will receive a letter. In it, we will explain how your pension is organized.
