CHECKLIST FOR DETERMINING YOUR RETIREMENT INCOME

1. Uniform Pension Statement (UPS)
   a. Check your pension details at J&J Pension Fund OFP. 
   b. Read the frequently asked questions about the UPO at Everything about your UPO.
2. Pension from other employers / The Dutch state pension
   a. Go to Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl for an overview of your pension from other employers and your state pension.
3. Pension planner 
   a. Make sample calculations using the Pension planner on My pension if you are a current or former member of J&J Pension Fund OFP.
4. Other assets or income
   a. If needed, you can make an appointment with a financial advisor to discuss your other assets or income.
   b. As an employee of J&J and if you meet the conditions, you can make use of the Financial Wellness benefit. An advisor from Partners in Planning will help you gain financial insight into your pension situation. You can register on the FYB portal if you have received an invitation. 
5. Contacting the pension fund
   a. Please contact our Customer Contact Center (KCC) with all your questions about your pension at J&J Pension Fund OFP.
