Want to know how your pension is doing?

Go to My pension and log in. With just a few clicks, you’ll have insight into your future income. You can also update your details or easily view your pension documents. While you’re there, check whether you have registered your private email address. Once you have done this, we will be able to contact you digitally and you will never miss any information about your pension again, even if you leave J&J or retire.

First time logging in?
We’ll guide you step by step on how to create an account and log in securely using the MFA app.

1. Create an account

You can easily create an account using your participant number, which starts with 90510.

Note: Do you not have an account and are retired or no longer employed? If so, please provide your email address via Contact.

Follow these steps (or click directly on Request Account):

1. Go to: mijn.pfjnj.nl/login (My Pension) and click LOG IN
2. Select: ‘Vraag dan eerst een account aan.’ Then apply for an account first.
3. Choose a username using only letters and numbers
4. Enter your subscriber number (starts with 90510). You will find this number at the top right of our paper correspondence under Our reference. Or contact our Customer Service Center for assistance.
5. Enter your date of birth
6. Create your account
7. You’ll receive an activation link at the email address registered in our system
8. Activate your account within 24 hours
9. Choose a password. For example: at least 2 uppercase letters, 2 lowercase letters, 2 numbers, and 2 special characters in random order

2. Log in with the MFA app

Log in using the verification code from the MFA app. This extra step ensures your data is secure. First, read the MFA-User manual (pdf), which you’ll also find on the login screen of My pension.
